Case Management

 

We have case management available at Lou’s Place. Our case managers (Brianna, Mahasti and Jen) can assist with information, referrals support and advocacy around a range of issues such as housing, crisis support, physical health, mental health, finances, substance use and general wellbeing. If you are experiencing any issue and would like some support, please come and talk to one of our case managers.
