We're thrilled to have a great new storage space in our attic.
With the generous support of the Rotary Club of Kings Cross, our attic was converted to give us ready access to an extra 7m3 of storage for donated items such as clothing and toiletries.
The first donation in our attic was a collection of Little Care Packs, lovingly put together by eight year old Poppy and a team of her school friends.
Poppy and her mum Jodie brought the packs in and helped us store them. She began creating care packs for homeless people last year, enlisting the help of friends and family in this wonderful enterprise.
Poppy recently hosted a 'pop up restaurant' at her home which raised $235 for Lou's Place and Youth Off The Streets. Many cupcakes were baked and milkshakes made! Our thanks to Poppy and her team of helpers.
