Lou’s is a safe place to rest and enjoy some company. We provide basic needs with dignity including:
Home cooked meals, Showers, Clothes washing facilities, Emergency clothing and toiletries.

EMPOWERING

At Lou’s Place, our professional staff can offer clients a diverse range of critical front-line services
suitable for those with complex needs. Our services include:
Crisis intervention, Referrals, Innovative trauma informed programs, Ongoing case management, Legal Advice,
Supporting clients with court appearances or medical appointments.

HEALING

We provide a range of activities and programs to build confidence, develop life skills, and heal from past trauma.
At Lou’s place we offer:
Art, Sewing, Music, Yoga, Creative Writing,  Jewellery Making, visits from Hairdressers, 
Physio, Pop-Up Boutique and Health Workshops.
